Commissions Terms of Service

I. General Disclaimers

♦ I retain full and exclusive rights to the final work. The commissioner may not claim it as theirs, re-upload it or use it to train genAI models. Commercial rights can be discussed for original works.♦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission, and am not obliged to provide a reason for the rejection.♦ I am unable to issue refunds. Therefore, I will strive to complete every commission I do accept as soon as I am capable of. More information in the Payment Section.♦ I will not tolerate disrespectful behavior. Bigotry, racism, ableism and similar comments towards myself or others may incur the cancellation of your commission.♦ I request that all communication be done through one of the contact methods listed in this carrd. I have a preference to Discord and BlueSky DMs for contact.♦ All commissioners must be above the age of 18 to request a commission. I will not accept requests from minors regardless of the rating of the story, both for personal comfort and legal reasons.♦ English is not my first language and I do not have a dedicated beta reader. I mostly rely on my own rereading and the aid of spellcheckers to edit my works. As such, there is always a chance that mistakes will go by unnoticed. If that is an issue for you, I may not be the best match for your needs.♦ By ordering a commission, you confirm you have read the entirety of my TOS and agree to its terms.

II. Ordering Process

♦ All potential commissions must be discussed before payment is done. What I effectively need to know upfront: fandom, pairing, general plot, theme/mood of the story, clear ending, some of the Ao3 tags you want to see and any squicks and/or triggers you might have. Specific scenes you want to see written out are also more than appreciated. I am more than happy to discuss options if you are stuck between multiple ideas, but I will not help you make every decision about your story.♦ You are allowed to request a detailed outline before the creation process begins. However, I will charge a fee for the time and effort that will require.♦ For commissions involving original characters and/or concepts, the commissioner is required to provide a sheet with all necessary information about the character, setting and story. Please refer to this character sheet if you need help compiling your information. I also request visual references, if possible. All information must be compiled and shared in a google docs link.♦ Commissions that involve multiple chapters or become part of a series must be discussed upfront. Keep in mind that for personal comfort and to avoid the potential threat of burnout, I also request a period of 2-3 months between chapters. You must plan yourself accordingly.♦ The writer is a human being. Although I do my best to reply to all messages in the same day, it may take some time before I get back to your message. If I do not reply within seven days, feel free to send another message or try another listed contact option.

III. What I will write

♦ SFW, NSFW, Hard Kinks, Dead Dove.♦ Canon/Canon and OC/OC ships.♦ Pregnancy and kid fics.♦ Queer and heterosexual ships.♦ Polyamorous ships.♦ Cis and genderqueer characters. Characters who present outside the binary and use different pronouns from canon. I will only use one pronoun per character in the narration, however♦ Neurodivergent characters. ADHD and autism in particular are a strength of mine.♦ Most fanfic tropes, such as fluff, hurt/comfort, whump, character death, omegaverse, etc.♦ Kinks such as crossdressing, forced feminization, praise kink, large age gaps, double penetration (anal, vaginal, or both), dub-con, non-con, somnophilia, underaged sex, incest, lolisho (age limits can be discussed).♦ Monsterfucking or adjacent NSFW stories, such as ones including hybrids, non-human genitalia, claws, blood during sex, ferals, shapeshifters, etc.

IV. What I will NOT write

♦ Geicomi (also known as bara in the west) and related kinks.♦ OC/Canon.♦ OC-focused stories.♦ Insect-adjacent NSFW.♦ Emeto in NSFW context, scat.♦ Reader fics, self-inserts, anything-sonas and yumejoshi.♦ RPF (real person fiction).♦ Anything that causes me discomfort in general.

Please note that I can potentially write for fandoms I am unfamiliar as long as the commissioner is willing to provide a comprehensive explanation of the setting and characters and do not mind potential OOCness. I am willing to read/watch the media in question in exchange for an additional fee. Additionally, the Fandom section in this carrd provides a comprehensive list of all series I am familiar with and could draw inspiration from. Please check that out if you wish as well.

VI. Prices & Payment

♦ All international payments must be done through Ko-Fi.♦ Payments can also be done through PIX for Brazilian residents and/or those who have access to this payment system.♦ I require at least 50% of the payment upfront for one-shots. Payment plans for multi-chaptered works may be discussed individually.♦ I will not upcharge for going above the agreed upon word count. Take it as a personal gift from me.♦ I am unable to issue refunds as PayPal has terminated its digital wallet services in Brazil. This means that all payments go directly to my national bank account without any means to refund. As such, once I have accepted a commission I will fulfill it to the end.♦ Due to the aforementioned reasons, any attempts (or completion of) charge backs will result in the commissioner being blacklisted.♦ Payment must be complete before I finish working on the commission.

VII. Creation

♦ I may take up to 20 days to start working on your commission. This period may extend as needed due to work backlog and other personal obligations. I will strive to keep commissioners updated on the situation; if the 20 days pass by without any news from me, feel free to ask about it.♦ I usually tackle commissions on a first come, first served basis. It may become an additional factor to the initial waiting time.♦ Once started, I will inform the commissioner of the progress periodically. If the contact takes place on Discord or somewhere that allows for media share, I will send snippets of the WIP as I write it. Keep in mind that there might be glaring spelling and grammatical mistakes in this phase, and I will strive to correct them during the editing and clean up phase.♦ Completion time greatly varies. Determining factors include length of the story, how familiar I am with the characters, complexity of the themes, research time and offline obligations. My mental health and motivation are also very important factors. I request a 2-3 month time period to finish after starting, but will strive to finish as soon as I possibly can.♦ All commissioners will receive a PDF file with the finished work. If you have any specific request (font, size, spacing, line indent, colors, etc) please let me know beforehand. The goal is to make it as accessible for you as possible.
